Czerwone wino polecane do degustacji po fazie dwuletniego leżakowania. Miałam okazję pić to wino dwukrotnie i za każdym razem przedstawiło ono zupełnie inne oblicze. Zdecydowanie pierwsza butelka wypita w 2017 roku była słabsza, niż butelka odleżakowana i skonsumowana w 2019. Podsumowując to przeciętne wino, którego picia nie polecam nim wino nie skończy dwóch lat. Po tym czasie jakby nabiera tanin, kwasowości i aromaty się z sobą w miarę dobrze układają, ale Was ani nie porwą ani nie zadowolą, dojrzeją do poziomu przeciętności. Barwa ciemno-fioletowa, wpadająca w czerń. Aromat czereśni, maliny, wędzonej śliwki, nos brzmi naprawdę jak zapowiedź całkiem przyzwoitego wina, choć brakuje w nim głębi. Po drugie – usta, cóż właściwie kompot, bez tanin, bez uregulowanej kwasowości, bez wymiaru i bez smaku. Troszkę jakby się kompot obiadowy piło, na podniebieniu ciężko o finisz. Wino odleżakowane przez dwa lata zaczyna już mieć aromaty porządnego kompotu, troszkę kwasowości. I w sumie to by było na tyle.
