Wino czerwone wytrawne portugalskie Pegões Syrah 2017
Dobre wino, którego nie tylko smak, ale również cena pozwalają mi uznać je za trunek idealny do codziennego obiadu. Wyczujemy tutaj przede wszystkim czerwone owoce, wanilię i dość mocny posmak dębowej beczki. Dlatego moim zdaniem jest ono idealne dla tych, którzy często wybierają wina półwytrawne – czuć w nim sporo słodyczy i owoców lub słodkich przypraw. Ocena
Barwa bordowo-granatowa. Aromaty jeżyny, jagody, ciemnej wiśni i wanilii. Bardzo subtelnie uzupełnione nutami dębowej beczki. Dobrze zbalansowane, gładkie i jedwabiste ze średnią kwasowością i dobrze zaznaczonymi taninami. Przyznać jednak muszę, że brakuje mi w nim głębi i wielowymiarowości, z każdym kolejnym łykiem tego wina nie odkryłam nic nowego, nic mnie nie zaskoczyło. Wino to spędziło 4 miesiące w amerykańskich i francuskich beczkach, kolejne 4 miesiące dojrzewało w piwnicy winnicy, dopiero po tym czasie zostało wydane do klientów. Zdaniem producenta, nadaje się do leżakowania do 10 lat. Piliśmy wina z rocznika 2016 również i muszę przyznać, że tamten rocznik bardziej przypodobał się moim kubkom smakowym.
